Automatically display your property listings on your screens. Maintain one central portfolio of objects — the system handles the rotation, filtering, and display.
What does this module do?
The Real Estate module turns your screens into a professional property showcase. Instead of building a slide for every listing by hand, you maintain one central list of objects (properties). The template automatically pulls in your listings, rotates through them, and shows only the ones that match your chosen filters.
- Centralised management — add, edit, or remove property listings from one list, each with address, specifications, price, status, and photos
- Rich property details — capture living area, plot size, year of construction, number of bedrooms/bathrooms/toilets, energy label, and more
- Status-based display — filter listings by status (e.g., only show For sale or For rent, hide Sold)
- Type-based display — filter by object type (e.g., only Apartments, or only Residential buildings)
- Tags — organise your portfolio with custom, colour-coded tags
- Show / hide per listing — use the Is active switch to control which objects appear on screen without deleting them
- Automatic rotation — the template cycles through your listings as a slider, with configurable speed and a maximum number of objects per cycle
How to set up
Follow these steps to configure the Real Estate module.
Step 1 — Open the module
Navigate to Modules in the main menu and open the Real estate module. Click Configure to enter data manually and open the object overview.
Step 2 — Add a property
Click Add new object and complete the details, organised across five tabs:
- Address — street name, house number, postal code, place name, province, country
- Text — title, subtitle, short description, and long description
- Specifications — object type (Residential building, Apartment, Studio, Room, Commercial property, Land, Garage), living area surface, land surface, year of construction, number of bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets, and energy label
- Financial & status — price, status, guarantee, and contract duration (for rentals)
- Photos — upload one or more images for the listing
The long description is used for the left text block and the short description for the right block. As a guideline, put about 60% of your text in the long description and the rest in the short description.
Set the Is active switch to control whether the listing is shown on screen. Save the object when you are done. Repeat for each property in your portfolio.
Step 3 — Organise with tags (optional)
Use tags to group and organise your listings. Click Add tag to create a new, colour-coded tag, then assign tags to objects from the overview table. Tags help you keep a large portfolio tidy.
Step 4 — Select a template
Go to the template library and filter by Real estate. Choose a real estate template. In the editor, the template automatically links to the Real Estate module and pulls in your listings.
Template & display settings
Configure how and when your listings appear on your screens. In the template editor, open the Slider settings:
- Status filter — choose which statuses to display (e.g., only For sale and For rent). Listings with other statuses are hidden automatically.
- Type filter — choose which object types to display (e.g., only Apartments).
- Number of objects — set the maximum number of listings shown per rotation (from 2 up to 100).
- Speed — set how long each listing stays on screen before the slider advances to the next.
- Left & right areas — style the layout, colours, and animations for how each listing is presented.
Only objects with Is active switched on and matching your chosen filters are displayed. This means you can prepare listings in advance and switch them on the moment they go live.
Add the template to your playlist and set it to always play. The module handles the rotation and filtering — you only update the object list, and your screens stay current automatically.
